I need someone to fix the header area of my site:

The height of the header area has too much image space, so I need the navigation and solid blue areas shrunk down a bit.
Also, the search entry field and button are not working (it redirects to amenities section).
So, I need someone with strong Zen Cart background, and some design skills.
