We are working on a professional Computer based tutorials, we have the videos recorded from the camcorder and have had the needed editing, screen capture,animation,subtitiles,etc done and made a final video.
Now, i m looking for creating these entire videos as a package, GUI interface as below, with pause,play,skip,take/save notes,change topic,full screen,etc.,

Also i want to intergrate the package for download upon payment, and once payment is done, there has to be a serial that is to be sent to the buyer, once they enter it on the CBT videos they will be unlocked for full unrestricted access, should be completely protected via serial key, and no duplicate keys should enable access.
