DESIGN A WORDPRESS THEME FOR A NEW TRAINING COLLEGE IN LONDON

You will design a wordpress theme for a college.
Project Guidelines:
===============
1. OVERALL: All text will be on a White background with black text, clean, simple, uncluttered look. we like the idea of a colourful background like http://www.londoncollege.org/ (blurred photo background) or http://www.mdx.ac.uk/
(faded brown background)
2. HEADER: BIG Header/colourful photo Image on Homepage. Use the logo attached, place in header on left side
3. HEADER: Add tel number in big on the top right of header
4. HEADER: Add images of multi-cultural students (no HATS) in header
5. HEADER: Sign up for newsletter OPTIN Box Top right header. First name, last name, email address + “What made you search for college courses today? plus a submit button
6. HEADER: homepage has 3 cols. like http://www.mdx.ac.uk/ BIG HEADER IMAGE
7. INNER PAGES: inner pages have 2 cols. with SMALLER HEADER IMAGE main col + right sidebar
8. FOOTER: footer has full address, tel, email etc copyright info
9. THEME ADMIN: THEME MUST HAVE IT’S OWN ADMIN PAGE INSIDE WORDPRESS ADMIN SO ITS EASY TO MAKE CHANGES
10. Target audience: Other Government and Educational institutions and Potential students and lecturers.
11. Impression we want to give our web visitors: “This is good solid credible institution not some sham college”

15. HEADER: Top menu is repeated in sidebar on Inner Pages as well as top menu. optin box moves from Header to Sidebar for inner pages.

How we will work together:

1. You will design 3 sample themes based on the above project guidelines and I will select a final design/ maybe some adjustments will still be necessary but we can communicate and work through this quickly
The designs can be images in Photoshop PSD format
It’s usually quicker to send me the PSD file so I can make quick changes if necessary
2. You will then build a WordPress theme and deliver the WordPress zip file along with all the PSD files.
3. If you need to use stock photos let me know what you have in mind before buying anything. This can be paid for separately above the project fees.
4. You will install the wordpress theme on the final website ready for testing
