I have a low-resolution JPG of a photo that needs to be vectorized and separated into two colors. The background should be eliminated so there are only the Star Wars machines and the text in black and white. All other aspects of the image should be eliminated. This should be delivered in Adobe Illustrator CS 3 or as an EPS, PDF, etc.
