Looking for a Programmer/Web Designer to put together a website that will advertize real estate properties in Brazil to Americans and properties in the USA to Brazilians.
Website requirements:
– display real estate listings including descriptive listing text and pictures of the properties.
– Users must be able to submit text of the descriptions and upload pictures/videos.
– Management approval of all listings before they and publicly available on the site.
– Ability to view the site in BOTH English and Portuguese.
– Offer translation services.
– Capture user contact information / user login requirements.
– Pages with information, legal and procedural requirements.
– Seller and Buyer interfaces.
– Interactive maps of both the USA and Brazil showing the locations of available properties.
– Categories for residential, commercial and lot listings.
Programmer requirements:
– MUST speak English or Portuguese fluently (both is a plus)
– Real estate website design experience.
– Sample URLs of websites designed.
– Flexibility, easy to work with
