We need a simple iPad App that will be used by clients to enter some basic data (name, age, nationality + email address) while in a moving bus.
Collected data needs to be emailed to head office upon arrival (2 hour trip).
Email address needs to be send to MailChimp (www.mailchimp.com), via their API, for inclusion in our mailing list.
App is for internal use only.
