I would need a module for DNN that will allow me to use a form:
– form items to be adapted as necessary (just the regular stuff) it will be name, email, 2 dropdown menus, country (from dropdown).
– upload/add a file
– captcha
– will then save the data of the form in a DB so I can access, delete, sort that data. Basically I need to be able to get a list at the end of the year that allows me to get all the form fields (and their answers) into an excel table.
– will send me the data and the file as an email. I would like to use form data in the “subject” of the email.
You might have a form that already exists out there for DNN that could easily be adapted, no problem.
