I am wanting to have 2 forms revised to include form field hints and validation. These forms can be found at:

Note (1) Currently the forms (#1 and #2) use different ways to validate. I want them to use the same kind of validation.
Note (2) In form #2 I want to add a field with check box that the user agrees to the “terms of service” like in form #3.
