Description of work:
For backend
* Make it possible to relate different portfolio-items.
For front-end
* Shortlist (module) of related items on portfolio-item detailpage.
* Show comments and possibility to write a comment on portfolio-item detailpage (with jcomments).
When work is finished i expect a new com_portfolio.zip installer with the extended functionalities and a mod_shortlist.zip for the shortlist with titles + links of related items.
