I have a Joomlart theme that is working very slowly on IE. I hate IE as much as everyone else does, but IE performance is essential.
I need someone experienced with Joomla, Javascript, and speed optimization. I would like optimizations done on the site, including, but not limited to:
1) Reducing HTTP calls (CSS, Javascript, etc.)
2) Taking a look at the Javascript slideshow…perhaps preloading images or other techniques? I’m open to suggestions based on your experience.
3) Finding and fixing the IE compatibility issue that is causing that browser to load extremely slowly.
4) Other ideas to speed up page load time?
