I need this Programmed in PHP, Javascript & AJAX. With a MySQL Database back end.

Create Page
1) Each page created has a unique ID
2) Ability to hover over 3 images, when hovering show the image in popup window
3) Form
a. Name of Page
b. Title of Page
c. Upload image write to folder and write location to DB
4) The image uploaded needs to be placed into a Directory and its location should be written to the database
5) WYSIWYG Editor (What You See Is What You Get)
6) Submit all information into database
7) Validate all fields with Javascript and PHP
8) When inserting the WYSIWYG contents into the database – Strip all Javascript & PHP possibly put into the WYSIWYG editor – Must be secure.
View Page
1) View page relative to the unique ID of the page ( e.g /ViewPage.php?P=000005 )
2) Echo all contents from the unique landing page, WYSIWYG content and all other form data collected.
