Some features to add in the video streaming

My request is simple; I bought this video streaming script, from this site

What I need is some Features to add them in the script:
1- Adding some days for some membership or all of them whenever, like giving them gifts for a three days or any number.
2- Plug-in “mass-upload” like “PHP motion”.
3- Automatic MSN reminding the member about his membership when his membership going to be expired in 10 dyes.
4- Make the space “option” into yes or no option, this can be found when you want to add a new package.
5- In the category “add package”, make the space “option” into disable .
6- Add two new payment method (cash transform and bank transform) .
– when the member select one of these option at the package option page and hit next , it will take him to the confirm payment page , after he click next we want the next page to have a detail “text” that we can change the text at the system settings page , and at end of the text “back” and “next” if he press back , make him go back to the confirm payment page , and if he press next make him go to a new page.
– the next page is a “forum, like register name address est.” that he has to write all the detailed on it (and this forum has to be customizable in system settings page), then at the last of the page “send”, this forum will be send to the Email that we put in the system settings page, so you have to add in the system settings page ” cash transform and
bank transform receiver Email”.
7- I want to give some members moderators privileges .
8- I want to be able to do X264 HD conversion.
9- I want my own player with these features

Please tell me how much it will cost and the time it will take to do it, if you can’t do a thing or two tell me why please, and yes it is customizable and I asked the company if it is ok to ask someone to add these Features and they tell me it is ok, thank you for your time …
