Good and smart coders only.
I want a PHP application. It will have
a page to create and edit users,
a page to enter details for documents in transit,
a page to enter documents on arrival,
a script to send notification via SMS&Email (SMS via a SMS gateway API)
a history page to view all documents processed by the system
I will give a CSS template to use.
