I am starting a limo company and need a site that:

-Reservation System
-Templateable site, so we can change the look whenever we want with a simple template system…just something where switching designs won’t involve killing the site everytime
-simple content management system that is very easy to use and looks very nice (I will do some designs for it)
-SEO friendly URL’s and be able to change title tag + meta data through the back end for each page
-5 Main pages;
Homepage (over view of the company and specials)
About Page (All about our company)
The Fleet (Show all vehicles, pictures, details, features, etc)…kind of like a “gallery”
Services (shows special and normal services our limo company offers)
-tours of the area and things like that
-executive packages for business people
Make a Reservation (reservation system)<—very important
-on the front end where the user see’s it, it can kind of be like limos.com, on the backend where the admin see’s it, it should be like a giant calendar with the dates laid out. jQuery has a U.I. library that I really like the look of (http://jqueryui.com/)
-customer must be able to book a limo and the booking system must work based on availability of that particular car. So for example, if we have only 1 rolls royce and GUY #1 booked it for april 24, 2011, then GUY #2 can’t come on and book that vehicle.
-will be able to keep track of schedules and pickups. Confirmation emails for both the client and our company, and store the clients email in database for email marketing
-Mobile Phone friendly
Optional if you can do it….
—if it’s not too hard I would like to make it so that a client can alert the limo car when they are ready to be picked up through the website…maybe they just “check in” and alert the system through the back end, so that the driver knows to go pick up that person
