I have a picture rating/battle site and am looking for a programmer to add the feature of letting members and public upload jokes as well. The jokes section should work just as the picture section does but just for jokes instead. The picture rating part of the site should be left as the default option when the site loads. People should be able to switch to the jokes part from both the top link bar and from a link on the battle screen.
