1. How many FREE search engines could you include in this?
2. If possible and within budget, I would like to be able to remove search engines(if they go offline) and be able to add new ones** I am pretty good with coding, if you should me what line to put it on and what information, I should be able to do it without you having to create a database and I would prefer to do it this way instead of a database (makes it similar to upload).
I AM OPEN TO IDEALS YOU MAY HAVE IF YOU KNOW SOMETHING TO WORK BETTER AND I NEED A PROGRAMMER WITH FEEDBACK, WILL WORK WITH ME UNTIL PROGRAM IS WORKING AS OUTLINED, WILL PROVIDE SUPPORT IF PROGRAM HAS BUGS OR DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY, WILL UPLOAD PROGRAM ON THEIR SERVER FOR TESTING SO I CAN BE SURE IT IS WORKING CORRECTLY, AND I WILL ESCROW THE MONEY UNTIL I TEST IT ON MY OWN SERVER. AS YOU CAN SEE I AM VERY DETAILED AND EXPECT THE PROGRAM TO RUN JUST AS I HAVE OUTLINED. READY TO START RIGHT AWAY AND FUTURE PROJECTS MAY FOLLOW!
