You must have
1. Expertise in PHP, MySQL
2. Must have good knowledge in Web2.0 and Ajax/Jquery
3. Must have strong knowledge in db queries and cms optimization
4. Must be willing to finish the job ASAP not more than 5 days, it should be 2-3 days but definitely not more than5.
5. Must be available online during work time via instant messenger.

DETAILS:
We had a CMS (which is very simple) customized a year back but now the new version of CMS released with some improvement, The cms is not plugin friendly and need to play with the core coding hence we have to apply all those customizations again.
The previous programmer did the job in around 12 working hrs (this is just for your information) but this time we have to add paypal IPN too.
Customization mainly include rearranging admin section, adding form fields and some more custom features along with that we have to add paypal IPN with database modifications.
