I need someone who can do a quick animated banner for a joomla website.
The size is to be 468×60 and have the following content.
American Route 66 themed.
Maybe using this banner image with the clients name added.

Then the text will change to
Buying – Selling – Renting – Servicing.
The text then needs to change again to Spanish translation of text provided by me.
Then back to the start again.
Feel free to make this however you wish or even come up with something better.
All I need is it doing well, fast and I just want to be able to copy and paste the code into the banner admin on the joomla site.
