I need someone to make some mods to my site and code. I need to get this done asap. There is a possibility of ongoing work but I need someone who writes clean code and also takes security into mind.

I need the following done
1. make the gift card section better more like the one on gro*upon.com
3. ability to add categories instead of just cities
4. abilty to download deal data into a cvs file
5. I need to put the english version of the site up
6. improve the admin design layout slightly (just delete the some unused categories
7. make the downloadable file integrated with paypal payments pro to show after an order is made
