My virtue mart site does not display the shipping address until the customer is asked to confirm order. I need the cart to ask for billing address, and then ask if the shipping address is different, if it is, the customer fills in a different shipping address then I want the cart to show: Billing Address: Shipping Address in step 2 of the cart.
Also, the cart currently does not calculate sales tax on in state purchases, this needs to be corrected
