We can generate a transactions report through our admin site and it gives us two totals – one for debits and one for credits.
From the same report page we can then export the transactions to an Excel file which should then give the same total amount as debits minus credits but it gives a different amount.
We need someone to check whether it is the html report that is incorrect or whether it is the Excel file that should be fixed and to then correct it. We needed this done a few days ago…
