update joomla from 2.0.7 to 2.0.12
making sure template is not affected
and move existing site from server ixwebhosting to hostdime.
the current site cannot be down… and if so has to be only for the shortest amount of time possible.
the project has to be completed within 1 week
the actual implementation of the site has to be completed within a day.
