I need a very small/basic web hosting site developed. An existing template is fine, as long as it can be customized. Needs to be mobile friendly. I also need a fancy/catchy logo made. Must be clean, and very professional looking. And original. *Very important*. Will need to install billing software onto server. Programmer must be ready and willing to add content until site is online. Programmer must be readily available via Skype.
