We need someone to:
1) enable osticket system to accept emails with jpg attachments. Currently we receive pdf attachments but not jpg or any other format.
2) a coder provided us with a feature to forward emails to any email address but we want to also have the option to Close that ticket when we forward the email. There must be a tick box to close the email just like it has when one reply to an email then you can tick it to close as well.
