Prepare Scope Of Work For Crm Platform Integration.

My client would like us to create a eCRM leveraging on their client existing platform called autoline, which is crm to manage their customers, who are car buyers. Airline helps the car manufacturer identifies its customer in the customer life cycle. Meaning, knowing when is the next service, when the car was bought, registration, etc.
 
Our objective is to latch on this information and link it to our eCRM model, to help identify customers so we know when they need certain rewards or incentives…
