I need subscription box design for an exit pop up for one of my wordpress site. I need a beautiful subscription box design that looks something like the one on ctrtheme.com website pop up. Instead of ebook cover image, it is going to be web page screenshots of 2 different pages I will give you the URLs later.
You will need to take nice screenshots from these pages.
Also, I will give you the aweber code and sketch of the exit pop up design from my own perspective. But you are free to design it the way you think it will make it looks beautiful.
