Converting Android App To Iphone

I have developed a few apps for the Android platform that I would like to convert to iPhone. The applications are for mindfulness training and they all have the same basic functionality:

* Listen to audio exercices (downloaded to SD card the first time)
* Set daily reminders
* Keep a log of practices
* View instructions with text and images

One example of one of my mindfulness apps is Potential Project: Mindfulness (https://market.android.com/details?id=com.potentialproject) other examples (unfortunately in Swedish) are Mindfulnessklockan (https://market.android.com/details?id=se.widemind.mindfulnessklockan.mindfulnessbell), Dagliga droppar mindfulness (https://market.android.com/details?id=se.mindfulnessnow) and Mindfulness – lugn och lycklig (https://market.android.com/details?id=se.johanbergstad.mindfulness.lugnochlycklig).

All my apps share a common codebase and unique to each app is only resources such as the audio tracks, the graphical look and feel and the instructions (text and images), all functionality is exactly the same allowing me to easily adopt the apps to create a new one with new content.

My question is if you could give me a quote on converting this to iPhone. I would like the “base app” converted so that I then, with limited IOS skills could create the derivative apps by changing the audio contents, etc (as described above). Alternatively if the price is right you could convert all the 8 apps.
