Here is the details
step1) user visit our websites and choose what package to buy
step2) user register and make the payment
step3) once the payment is done, the system automatic create VPN account and send to user along with the welcome email
step4) system send out email to notify non-subscribe customer to renew his account or it will expired in 5 days
step5) system auto renew/suspend account if user pay/not pay
PS: user can reset password for his account in the control panel and control panel has to support many servers. and can do server monitor, so i can know which server is down
PPS: we prefer do it under whmcs,but if you have other better options,please let me know, and better has traffic control system
PPPS: user level system, eg. level 2 user can access more VPN server than level 1 user
