PROJECT REQUIREMENTS:

1. Integration – Sync project with codeigniter membership website 0% complete
Codeigniter integration codes and instructions will be provided. Also the codeigniter membership provider is available to help with any issues with using the integration codes.
(a) integrate the centralized header (from music to translate)
(b) activate translate so that all words on the page is translated, membership website has the google api already setup. Once this project is sync with membership, make the translate work on all help pages.
(c) Sync login, extract membership details and pass the variable to email, ticket and live chat system.
(d) Sync admin login for the 3-level admin staff login.

2. FAQ – finish FAQ in process that is 85% complete
(a) complete server, admin and web page setup
(b) sync login and membership details with codeigniter site
(c) make FAQ functional

3. Ticket system – using osTicket (http://osticket.com/) 25% complete
(a) complete server, admin and web page setup
(b) sync login and membership details with codeigniter site
(c) make ticket system functional

4. Live Chat – using Help Center Live (http://www.helpcenterlive.com/) 15% complete
(a) complete server, admin and web page setup
(b) sync login and membership details with codeigniter site
(c) make live chat system functional

Only experienced providers with FAQ, osTicket and Help Center Live Chat experience should apply.
