I need a web application for building management and concierge. I have had one made up in AwareIM, a web application software, but need it re-developed in PHP/.net or similar platforms that can be easy to work with and customise.
I have attached the .bsv file that can only be opened by Aware IM, so looking for programmers that are familiar with this software.
