We are looking for a very experienced web designer to redesign the front end of our website and do some extensive back end programming as well. Front end will require flash. Have front end design (homepage) basically created already. Would prefer someone with SEO/SEM experience. Site is for a modeling agency so the back end will contain several model profiles, job board, various ways to search talent, etc.
Current programmer has taken a deposit on the site, has been “working” on it for 4 months and is no longer responding. Looking for SERIOUS, LEGITIMATE companies only. Must be able to meet deadlines and be able and willing to communicate weekly via online chat, email, etc. Will need to check references based on our past experience.
If relationship works out we would be interested hiring programmer to do monthly maintenance on the site for a set fee. Have other business to refer once the site has been completed. We need to be able to provide a personal guarantee before we refer our partners.
