Something like lookes the same . The website have to work the same as it works on link’s (up) . This TopSite Script will collect people who will put their server adv and people will be able to vote for those adv. Also i would like to add some small features (there wont be a problem if you can make website like that ) just a small changes .
BTW: The time is very important from my point … Also the person who will work on this project can use evo script and edit the web (any work will be grant just need to looks and work nice ) Also when the project will be done when the project will start and earn some money the developer who create this website (as a bonus) will get some % from each month ( depends on how the intrest will grow )
