I am looking for a freelance programmer to develop an online software application. I am particularly interested in the Source Code for the software as a key deliverable at the end of the Project.
I will require all programmers to sign an NDA prior to reviewing the Blueprint for the software.
I am open to programmers from all nationalities as long as they speak and write in English.
