I need someone to create a wordpress theme for me from scratch. The theme in question should be able to use the custom taxonomies and custom post types to build not only regular wordpress pages, but also pages that can be viewed on any mobile device, aswell as the ability to build facebook pages.
This theme should also have an options panel where the user can change the header, layout and colours aswell, inside the wordpress admin dashboard.
I have a design layout in mind, just need someone to make it able to do all of the above.
