I need a site that agregates ONLINE video Websites, and need a Video Search TOOLBAR, with automatic video Downloader, like www.ANT.com toolbar, please download it.

The purpose is an all exclusive Search Engine function with different genre’s and to actually search out videos based on their ALEXA ranking or Quantcast Ranking…From highest to lowest.
There needs to be a CMS function, so I can change or add videos, and the ability to Track hits to each site, and Iframe an advertisement before leaving each site, Check OVguide when you click on the links.
I also need to figure out how to monitize the site, and have a ranking star Ranking from 1-5 stars 5 being the best. similar to the OLD youtube. Their also needs to be a Submit function where people can recommend sites. but most importantly i need to keep people coming back to the site.
The site needs to be Graphically instense and have a very CORPORATE feel, I want the site to look like a
HULU or TV.COm or Fancast.com tracking of each click on the URL’s are important because once we get enough visitors we will sell advertising space.
Also if there is the ability to Create the same functionality in simple Linking of an ANDROID app, for android 3.1 i want to make that too.

This is a project that not only has an immediate payment but the potential for a payout when it gets sold. The Purchased Domain name was one of the most expensive bought in 2011. The goal of the site is USERS, the more daily users the Better.
