We have a web based mailer coded in PHP which is supposed to use multiple external SMTP servers to send bulk emails. The idea was that the mailer should use the multiple SMTPs and rotate the SMTP servers sequentially according to a pre-defined sending limit and rate for each SMTP server.
However, there seems to be a bug on the mailer and the SMTP servers configured on the mailer do not switch. The mailer uses the SwiftMailer Library available at: http://swiftmailer.org/
We need an expert on PHP and SMTP with experience with SWIFTMAILER librray to fix this bug.
We will provide the full mailer code to the right bidder.
