For this project I just need a redesign of 1 graphic. This will be a test because I’m looking for a long term graphic designer. I had a great one for 4-years, but he just moved to the states and doing another business.
The graphic desinger needs to meet the following requirements:
1. Able to work during my time (UTC/GMT -8 hours) Monday-Friday
2. Have Yahoo messenger or Gmail chat and loged in during work hours
3. Although not designing whole sites, you should be able have enough html knowledge and comfortable enough to change headers, tabs background images, etc.
4. Have paypal for future payouts
5. MOST IMPORTANT!! I can’t hold your hand.
I need a designer that I can give the concept to and you (the designer)create the picture. Sometimes that means reading a little about the business or paragraph to get an idea what what the picture is “suppose to say”. I have about a dozen people doing different things and if I had to hold everyones hand nothing would get done.
