okay so we have a software we are building and what we need now is some templates for our users.

the software online system is for real estate agents. So they add all their properties to our software and then they need to xml those listings to a website.

so the templates we need are to be quickly changed.. now if you bid fair we can have maybe 50+ a month so you can have a great income with our company.

so the designs need to be similar to these.

now ignore the design, just think of the layout options as the client will supply logo and all text etc..

so the features we need:

search and xml feed.

so they will use our software and xml feed it to their website which will all be on one server to make life easier.

please bid for one for now so we can test with you and after we can look at prices for say 5 designs and then a rolling price for each one we do.
