I am marketing consultant in US, putting a proposal together for a non profit organization to auction art work to raise money for research.
I am looking for a WordPress template/plugin that will allow the following features:
I. Front end
A. New users to register an account.
1. Terms of Service agreement.
2. Activation email.
B. Allow registered users to bid on a work of art
C. Send email to registered user when they are outbid
D. Front page that shows:
1. hot items (top 5) across top
2. bargains (low 5 across bottom)
3. form for registering on top right (aweber form)
4. Space to sell auction benefits and free offers for registering
E. Will allow registered user to follow art gallery tour, a video that displays each art piece available, then lands them on a page that displays multiple pieces of art.
F. Separate Pages for each art piece (unlimited number) where the art is displayed, and audio file can be played for that particular piece of art, and the user can bid.
G. My bids page, where user can track their bids for every piece of art up for auction, and a status of winning or outbid.
H. Donation Page that can be pre-populated with registered user information on entry.
II. Back-end
A. Auction admin (only) can add Photos, videos, and audio tracks for the site and each auction item (quantity unlimited).
B. Can set start and closing date and time for auction to start.
C. Can collect payment from winning bidders by paypal and google checkout
D. Can add categories to divide art work by

Sites will need to be SEO friendly and keyed to specific key words.
Please provide portfolio with bid, I will not select someone without reviewing their portfolio first. Also include number of revisions acceptable by client, and estimated time it will take to develop and install.
