I need a joomla template created which is a mix of two site plus some custom flash work.

However, the overall template does not need to be flash. There need not be a landing page like this template offers.
The custom flash part comes in with replacing the home that is seen in the above template.
I stil want the plans showing but on top of the plans a new home that is similar to what is found here: http://ccexteriors.com. The new home should look similar but not the same. it does not need the grass or trees as it is going to be placed on top of the plans on the other template design.
The house needs to have the highlights of the roofing, windows, siding, but the home also needs gutters added and those need a highlight as well.
