i am looking to have a macro page with my services that i provide and the basic form will be on the web site so users could fill out the form and click submit button to send their answers to me.
The following needs to be done:
a. Best graphic design
b. outlined my services
c. the form with 3-6 questions
4. web master
to consider, you have to show us previous work that you completed and the portfolio about the graphics
