I need to design a website with the following pages only
Home
Company
Products
Packages
Downloads
Contact
REQUIREMENTS
1.I should be able to change theme or colour and contents easily (Please recommend me your choice before proceeding).
2.There should be a banner in home page which should be easily chargeable when required.
3.This site will be a web based sms site where there will be two login button in home page. I will provide you the URL for this buttons later. When the user click this button it should open a new tab or window and then the user can proceed with the application.
4.Whenever the user send an email from CONTACT PAGE they should get an email confirmation.
Please give me a good reasonable quote. My budget is small.
