REQUIREMENTS
This recurring task system will let a user create a task that occurs once or many times. Each task will have a title, description, attachment and some other fields.
The user should be able to view all tasks that occur today and click on a task to view more information.
Each occurrence needs the ability to be marked as complete.
The system should run on IIS and MSSQL.
