I need a small software, which will record a video from a capture device(any) ..and cut it into 10 min clips. The concept is to make a 10 mins clips from a live video source, which i will be connecting via a capture card or device.
the software must do the following
1. Connect to any capture device. we will be using WinXp.
2. Record and Make the clips simultaneously with no human intervence. We should have a start and stop option, to start or end this process.
3. Should save the clips in a folder, with the following names.
CLIPDATED-FROMTIME-ENDTIME.Fileextension
4. i need to be able to configure the following
– time of cutting , like every 10 mins, – more or less
– Format of file, MP4, AVI, DIVX or WMV.
– Location of the save folder.
5. Device should be easy to use
6. there shouldnt be any reference of the developer name’s.
