This software/app will calculate an offer based on inputted numbers and keep a database of offers, counter offers, project details, pictures, etc. Once the information is inputted, the software needs to have the ability to provide a pdf report of all the details. The mobile application should allow values and generate an offer based on inputted values in same way as the software. The mobile application and the software should be synced to provide consistency between applications.
