This is for the completion of our website at “listswithoutend.com”.
The site and admin engine is 95% complete the current outstanding matters are these:
+ Future dated outgoing emails being sent.
+ Confirmation emails being sent to users once they have been entered into the database.
+ Warning emails to be sent to users when they are approaching expiry.

Hi!
This project is for the design and creation of an email newsletter management site.
The admin of the site is wishing to send a daily email to paying members.
The site should have the following features:
+ Integration with Paypal (subscriptions) – so that as soon as they have succesfully paid, their account and email address with be signed up to the system.
+ Members can sign up for a 7 day trial – after which time they will be prompted to sign up.
+ Members have some form of a simple login panel – where they can just change their details.
+ Simple layouts and designs.
Admin side:
+ Ability to add the content of the newsletter via a text box – which contants fonts and so on.
+ Admin can create upcoming newsletters in advance and then assign it to a date.
+ Emails to automatically go out a specified time.
+ Admin can manually sign up new members to 7 day trials or full memberships.
Overall:
+ Emails to appear professional and on some form of a clean template and design.
+ Emails to be sent securely so not to be marked as spam by the member’s email provider.
+ Website needs to be designed so that the admin only needs to focus on the content of the emails, rather than having to deal with members – so the more automated things are the better.
