I need a web based LAMP application that generates a video from text, jpg and audio data which is submitted via an online form.
furthermore programming should be applicable for future automatic processing where information about the input data comes from a mysql database.
You must install and configure a TTS engine (e.g. Festival ), video software (e.g. ffmeg), image manipulation (e.g. similar to aftereffect) or similar free open source software. you may use well know classes if possible.
