I need someone to take over a project that my previous dev has quit working on. The program is written in delphi 2010. Essentially it is a screen scraper.. it takes a .html file and parses through it, stores the data in a .mdb file, then formats the data based on a rules engine. All of this works as it should.. The previous developer was adding a feature to the application that would allow it to parse a different type of .html file, but has stopped work on it in the middle of development and I need someone to finish.
