A Webmatrix Website Project

Create a website connected with a database that can
be used for surveys. We should be able to add or remove questions from it and
the layout should be simple but catchy. It should be created in either Web Matrix with the following functionalities in it:

A paragraph on top of the website underneath the
title

The answers to the questions should allow click mouse
selection from the options; like out of five answers they should be able to
select only one of them

Anyone
should not be able to take the survey more than once so it should read the IP
address of the PC that did the survey and once done it should not allow them to
do it again

Underneath
the website, there should be an option of providing your email address, name,
sex, age and residing country which should automatically be saved into the
database

Next
to the option of providing details; as stated above, there should be an option
of Anonymous so if the user wants, he can select this option and does not need
to provide his details to the website and can submit the survey as
well….anonymous should be saved in the database as well instead of his
details

The
data must be secure in that it cannot be hacked, to either destroy or change
the results of the survey

The
site must also be able to present the outcome of the survey like how many
people said what in the form of a bar chart with percentage shown next to it

There
should be an option available on the site where the user can increase and
decrease the size of the fonts on the website if they are partially sighted
with contrasting font and background

The
most important requirement: if the user selects yes to all the questions then
the site should accept his submission and reflect it on the bar chart and same
for the no answer but he gives some yes and some no answers that means he is
not sure himself so the site should accept his work but SHOULD NOT reflect it
on the chart or statistics but should show it in the database as a user!!
