Hi I need to hire a graphic designer with experience to create my Sports website for NFL, NHL and MLB. I am looking for it to be 1024 wide. I already have a web programmer but I am looking for someone to create the design for the website the Programmer will need Layered PSD files.
I have attached 3 images that will give you a rough idea of what I am looking for.
I need 2 pages designed, the front page and the inner page. both are similar with main body and a slight difference on the right hand side menu.
Keep in mind this is a sports website so it will need to appeal to a demographic of men between the ages of 19-45. The look needs to be clean and modern. If you have examples of prior work that would be great, please share in your first PMB message.

HEADER
TOP bar, welcome to site name twitter and FB buttons top right.
3 strips of logos. from NHL MLB, NFL. I will provide all logos, please resize and make 3 separate strips at the top.
LOGO for deputycoach.com I will need a logo, something simples like the words DEPUTY COACH with a whistle (most coaches have whistles) something clean and modern.
Main Image in design with text both pulled from database.
Right hand side column at least 300 wide:
Drop Down Menu 3 buttons, clean buttons drop down.
latest 10 posts from NHL, MLB and NFL (3 tabs)
Main Page BODY:
Create a background box image for all the boxes.(features background image on main page)
INSIDE PAGE:
Same header, same right hand side except only 1 tab with team name on the right and add crumbs navigation above it. The drop down menu will stay the same.
Inside page main body
Use same box background image you created for the main page body
Also this website will need a footer see attached image, something clean with links…
I need this website to be perfect. I would also like to see progression, perhaps a few rough drafts before we choose the one and and complete all the pages of the site. I also need a basic logo. Experience is a must.
